Are you a bright, keen and confident individual looking to join a well-known brand name and global company where you can learn and grow? We are looking for a Trainee Service Coordinator who will join their Stirling branch and look to become Branch Service Coordinator.
The main purpose of the role is to provide second line support to each of the Service Branch Operations Teams. This will involve all ‘day to day’ matters relating to processes, administration, finances and assisting in the organisation and scheduling of the engineering team.
Duties will include:
- Assisting in the raising of all orders within SAP and issuing of order acknowledgements - ensures all received customer PO's are processed in correct manner to enable scheduling of engineers and materials required for works are ordered
- Assisting coordinators in updating the engineers schedule, forecast and engineers resource sheets
- Assisting in the production of documentation for the scheduling of engineers i.e., RAMS - to ensure that all engineers are provided with correct documentation to attend site
- Uploading invoices to Customer Online Portals - Tradex/Coupa etc., - ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner
- Assisting in 'day to day' matters within the Operations Team relating to processes, administration and credit
- Assisting in the purchase process incuding raising vendor PO's and goods receipting
Person Specification:
- Previous administration experience
- IT literate and competent user of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Personal attributes: self-motivated, driven, numerate, organised, punctual, personable, and resourceful
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good time management, multitasking skills and ability to meet any deadlines set
- Ability to work under pressure and take instruction
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
