Mosaic Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Social Media Executive to join a dynamic global organisation based in Cambridge - Option for this role to be fully remote.
Responsible for executing the organisations regional digital marketing channels. This position requires demonstrated digital marketing experience, including proven ability to manage complex digital campaigns within a variety of systems and tools, manage social media campaigns, ability to analyse results from digital campaigns, excellent communications skills, and an ability to manage projects across groups and geographic territories.
Responsibilities:
- Build the digital elements for regional campaigns, under instruction of global segment marketing and regional programs, such as paid social media campaigns, email nurture campaigns and webinars
- Provides input to regional segment/ programs marketing on digital strategy as necessary
- Leverages material created by internal agency
- Coordinates with regional Event Specialists regarding digital elements for events Assists with marketing metrics
- Ensures the campaigns are created in alignment the governance of internal agency to measure the agreed upon metrics
- Monitors and Analyses digital operational metrics to ensure campaigns are deployed successfully
- Ensures digital excellence for marketing in region
- Marketing Automation systems super user
- Social media expert
- Coordinates with HQ to leverage best practices and ensure appropriate technology
- Advices on future campaigns based on data from previous campaigns
- Ensures digital excellence for marketing in region
Person Specification:
- Experience working directly with digital marketing
- Experience working with and managing deployment of digital marketing tools and systems required, such as, Pardot, Cvent and/or others
- Experience in search engine optimisation, social media, Google Adwords required
- HTML knowledge an advantage
- Previous experience in email marketing, lead generation and online content development required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and team player skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organisation both internally and externally
