Mosaic Recruitment are looking for an Administrator to join an established Charity based near Bishop’s Stortford.
This is an office-based role and due to the location, you must drive.
You will be responsible for secretarial and administrative functions such as:
Minute taking
Arranging meetings
Record taking
Liaising with external customers
Deal with telephone & face to face enquiries from all staff, residents & relatives
Produce reports
Produce monthly newsletters
Assist with annual reviews
The successful candidate will be familiar with Microsoft office, have excellent organisational skills and respect the need for confidentiality and sensitivity when dealing with external agencies, staff and relatives.
Due to the nature of this position/environment you will be required to have a DBS check done prior to starting.
