Duties:

• Conducting in-depth candidate interviews
• Composing adverts to attract high calibre candidates
• Locating suitable candidates by conducting extensive and intricate searches via job boards and social media sites
• Arranging client interviews
• Preparing candidates for interviews and offering support and guidance throughout the process
• Developing long term relationships with existing clients to maximise business opportunities and offer a consultative service
• Researching for prospective new business opportunities
• Developing business with prospective clients
• Marketing and prospecting
• Arranging and attending client meetings to build confidence in our ability to deliver service excellence
• Keeping accurate records of all correspondence
• Negotiating with clients and candidates
• Taking comprehensive job descriptions
• Persuading and influencing
