Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Administration Support person to work from the company’s prestigious London office close to Tower Bridge. The role is to support the sales/administration function of the business.
You will join a small team in a growing business where there will be the opportunity to progress and develop your career.
The compay are an international IT Service Integrator for service providers, datacenters and enterprise organisations. With operations across 5 locations in Germany and in London they are now expanding their UK team to support the growth and demands of the customers across Europe and beyond.
KEY TASKS:
- Provide full administrative support to the sales and business development teams
- Working with product vendors and suppliers to optimise delivery/pricing
- Coordination and production of sales proposal/quotation documents
- Order preparation
- Provide email support to sales teams as required
- Ensure Customer communications are responded to professionally and within required service level agreements
- Customer point of contact for sales or order enquiries
- Management of customer information
- Work in coordination with the German HQ
- Support Financial Accountant/Controller with routine Accounting procedures
- Any other tasks and duties as requested by Management and Directors
PRACTICAL SKILLS:
- Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Good written and verbal English
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results to demanding and changing deadlines
- Time management, punctuality and prioritisation
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good customer care skills
- Quick to learn
- Experience of working as sales support in a busy sales team or within an admin based role advantageous
