The role will primarily be responsible for providing a high quality, innovative and profitable service in accordance with the client's needs. 

Key Duties: 

• Daily transactions of New Business, Renewals and Mid Term Adjustments.
• Ensure that all required documentation received from clients meets insurer requirements.
• Maintaining of files to ensure personal compliance with FCA Regulations.
• Managing client’s claims and liaising with Insurers / Loss Adjusters.
• Achieving individual and departmental targets and KPI’s.
