Key Duties:
Ensuring all customer documentation is correct
Prioritising workload to meet set SLAs
Liaising with other teams, customers and suppliers in a professional manner
Authorising of supplier invoices for payment
Cancellation and re-scheduling of existing customer agreements
Uploading files to client portal
Setting up customer accounts
General enquiries, liaising with customers and suppliers via phone and email
