Mosaic Recruitment are seeking a Purchase Ledger/Administrator with lots of drive and enthusiasm to join a fantastic client of ours based in Malvern.
This is a part time role working 20 -24 hours per week.
You will be working as part of a fast-paced growing team which prides itself on the commitment and engagement of its employees. You will have excellent accuracy and attention to detail whilst being able to work to tight deadlines.
Your responsibilities will include:
Purchase invoices
Coding
Requesting authorisation
Inputting
Scanning
Queries
Currency
Maintenance/updating the sheets
Allocating currency to invoices
General administrative duties
Work with the senior management team to ensure a smooth process
Support other colleagues or departments when necessary
Any other reasonable request
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years in Administration/Accounts, excellent communication skills, a flexible approach, exceptionally organised and com be competent in use of Microsoft Office applications, including excel.
