Mosaic Recruitment are seeking a strong administrator with lots of drive and enthusiasm to join a fantastic client of ours based in Cheshunt.
You will be working as part of a fast-paced team and can constantly prioritise your own workload, have excellent accuracy and attention to detail whilst being able to work to tight deadlines.
Your responsibilities will include:
Taking orders by phone or email
Checking credit limits with accounts/process order through to supplier
Processing orders through supplier, putting on contracts where required on the system
Working closely with Directors
Tracking orders from shipment to delivery
Raising letters of credit for supplier’s weekly
Produce weekly stock reports
Buying foreign currency and allocating currency against supplier invoices.
General administration and office support
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years in Administration, excellent communication skills, a flexible approach, exceptionally organised and com be competent in use of Microsoft Office applications, including excel and PowerPoint.
