You will be in sole charge of the coordination and dispatch site.
You will be-
Ensuring the correct data is inputted into the shipping system, picking light items from the shelving, packing them up and printing labels.
Maintaining accurate stock control and raise the need for orders with the relevant team members.
Ordering required items.
Co-ordinate the redelivery of returned shipments.
Ensure all production and tracking records and systems are updated and accurate.
Send dispatch notification email of deliveries to recipients.
Arranging collections and dispatch with Courier.
Ensuring products are received as appropriate. Follow up with courier where products are not received and escalate when appropriate.
