- Description
We are looking for a detailed orientated person with excellent IT skills to provide co-ordination and administrative support to the Product Team.
You will accurately implement and deliver product documentation, information and web content and configure IT systems in accordance with regulatory requirements and launch dates. You will ensure the implementation of quality processes and procedures for both learning and assessment products.
You will be the first point of contact for any product related customer and stakeholder enquiries, questions and issues.
Main duties will include:
- Support authors / product specialists with formatting and presenting documents
- Use available software to produce final version error free documents for publication
- Proof-read and house style documents to meet quality standards
- Apply version control to documentation
- Meet deadlines for delivering documentation
- Develop templates and guidance to support document authors / products specialists in their work
- Maintain file systems to enable easy navigation and access to files and documentation
- Protect the integrity of documentation by following data and security protocols
- To coordinate and monitor, online test question banks.
- Setting up systems to support product delivery to the end user
- Creation of online tests and ensuring their correct configuration
- Use consistent naming/titling convention where necessary for products implementation
- Carry out quality checks, proof reading, tests and peer review to make sure all content, documents or any other outputs are correct and accurate before publishing
- Follow policy and procedures for the creation/uploading of website content
- Maintain file system structure and convention
- Monitor and log any systems issues and make sure they are raised, reported and addressed
- Support product specialist team and others in delivering products in a timely manner and to deadlines
- Set up and ensure author contact, CVs and CPD details are maintained.
- Set up and support the payment process (invoicing) for contractors
- Assist steering and expert working groups as advised by product specialist
- To support and, where necessary, attend meetings (internal or external) including venue arrangements, stakeholder engagement and coordination, taking meeting minutes/notes
Personal Profile:
- Excellent IT user skills in respect of Microsoft products including advanced Word and Excel
- Excellent organisation, administration and coordination skills
- High level of skill and attention to detail, accuracy and quality
- Experience and understanding of quality processes and procedures
- Proof reading skills
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Good customer service skills
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Understands requirements for security and confidentiality data and information
