The role will involve assisting the Property Managers to look after their portfolios and achieve the highest levels of service in accordance with business standards.
Responsibilities & Duties
Maintain 48-hour communications response with all clients, leaseholders, contractors and customers.
Respond to telephone calls and messages within 24 hours.
Maintain polite and professional verbal and written communications.
Proactively develop service levels to exceed client expectations.
To compose and produce correspondence or as necessary.
Regularly review To-Do list with Property Manager to allocate work and keep up to date with issues on sites.
Discuss outstanding items with Property Manager’s daily and chase.
Receive all phone calls and live chats relating to sites.
Keep all Key records up to date
