Good opportunity working for a well-established company providing support to Managing Agents that covers everything from finding lost energy meters to resident level billing.
This role is to support the Projects Administrator and deal with the administration within the busy Operations Department.
This developing role requires good organisational skills & customer services skills.
Responsibilities:
- Act as initial point of contact for all customer queries either by telephone or electronically
- Providing administrative and organisational support to the Projects Administrator
- Schedule and manage appointments for the office based and mobile engineers
- Processing new contracts and quotes
- Planning workload to meet completion date deadlines
- Coordinating the installation of products
- Creating purchase orders
- Update internal software and job management system
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Liaising with external customers regarding status of contracts
- Respond promptly, professional and efficiently to all customer enquiries.
- Organise workflow to meet service level agreements.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Manage administration.
- Demonstrate behaviour that is professional, ethical and responsible and service as a role model for all colleagues and staff.
- Pro-actively promote the company’s mission, aims and ethos.
- Assist in any other related tasks requested by your Manager.
Skills Required
- Confident user of MS Office
- Keen to learn and develop within an administrative role
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good customer service skills
- Confident working as part of a busy and fast paced team
- Ability to multitask
- Reliable, with good time keeping and attendance
- A good team player – happy to work independently and as part of a team
- Organised, with the ability to multi – task and remain calm under pressure
