This role will be supporting the day-to-day Administration, Order Processing & Customer Service functions, ensuring regular clients receive a great service.
The correct person for this role will be keen to build a long-term career with this rapidly growing company, along with having solid Administration and Customer Service experience.
Duties:
Take / process orders and send confirmation to the customer
Dealing with the warehouse daily and resolving any delivery issues when they occur. Feedback to Sales support for KPI’s
Updating customer price files when requested to do so
Customer service
Acknowledges all customers by responding to emails and phone calls
Updating all contact information for customers on company system
Any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents
