Mosaic Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Operational Support Assistant for a well-established and dynamic organisation based in Harlow.
The purpose of this role will be to support the Buyer and Operations Manager, chasing outstanding supplier PO, place PO demand or forecast on suppliers, updating shipping details and invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
Progress of Purchase orders with suppliers
Ensuring acknowledgements and shipping details are received from suppliers and updating computer system and files.
Placing PO’s with suppliers including LPO’s and online transactions with Buyer involvement
Checking all booking in entries and liaising with sales and warehouse on booked in goods
Completion of environmental reports
Reporting on customer demand, inventory levels and month end reports.
Internal Audits for ISO 9001 and ISO14001, training provided
Reasonable requests from management as required. This may involve helping in other areas of the business
Key Skills:
Proven experience in admin support, in purchasing, logistics or procurement
Good attention to detail
Flexible approach to tasks
Numerate
Interpersonal communication at all levels, both internally and externally
