Mosaic Recruitment are looking for an Administrator to join an established Charity based near Bishop’s Stortford.

This is an office-based role and due to the location, you must drive.

 Your responsibilities:

• To provide administrative support
• Assist with the development and co-ordination of data and administrative systems
• To liaise with external agencies and all stakeholders
• To maintain a high standard of records, promoting communication between teams and departments
• Ensuring there are robust methods of collection, monitoring and reporting of all data
• To arrange and attend key meetings, take notes and distribute relevant paperwork

The successful candidate will be a confident Microsoft user, have excellent communication skills, be organised and can prioritise their own workload.
