- Up to £24,000 per annum plus quarterly bonus
Our reputable client in the Pinnacles area of Harlow are looking for an Internal Account Manager.
The role will be within a close-knit Sales team of 8, looking after the regular clients and ensuring they receive a top-quality service.
We’d describe the role as 70% reactive work and 30% proactive, there is also a quarterly bonus in the role that adds to the advertised salary.

Job Purpose:
To be the primary point of contact to an increasing number of clients, planning and fulfilling all orders placed to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Supplier relationship development
- Supplier quality assurance
- Producing Quotations
- Customer service
- Order book management
- Regular client communication
- Client Development
- Networking
- Client Visits
- Client Entertainment
- Identify prospective clients
- Use marketing collateral
- PO Progressing and order management
- Planning client development
- Updating company systems – Sage, CRM, Excel
- Liaise with Ops/Quality on order issue resolution
