A great opportunity for an experienced Internal OR Agency Recruiter to join a market leading company.
This is a newly created position and will provide much needed support to the HR team.
The role will be perfect for individuals who are hungry to find the best talent in the market via a robust application process and a degree of proactive sourcing.
Flexible and remote working is offered, with visits to the office in Hatfield office also required on a regular basis for team meetings and Hiring Manager contact.
Key duties of the role:
- Ensure a fantastic candidate experience is provided
- Creating a diverse, inclusive, collaborative and customer-centric culture
- Work with Hiring Managers to correctly advertise job opportunities
- Building a great, personalized candidate experience built on fit for purpose processes and technology
- Manage the application process and screening candidates
- Managing the interview and offer process
Attributes Required:
- Experience of talent attraction and recruitment methodologies and sound understanding of the recruitment life cycle
- Digitally savvy and experienced in pro-active and direct candidate sourcing using a variety of channels, tools and methods
- Demonstrable experience of competency based interviewing and shortlisting candidates
