Description

I am looking for several Quality positions for my client in the Bishop's Stortford area.

 

The Quality Inspector is an 3-6 months INTERIM role.

Quality Engineer and Quality Specialist are PERMANENT positions.

Working hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm but there is some flexibility with this. 

Full descriptions can be provided but you must have experience in the Quality area as either a Engineer, Specilaist or Inspector.

 

Perform inspections using procedures, engineering drawings, regulations, and quality system records (Device History Records, checklist, inspection records, etc.)

Use standard measuring equipment to perform inspections (Micrometer, Calipers, etc.)

Identify, segregate, document rejected material in designated areas and communicate accordingly.Provides help in other aspects of quality control when required

Review quality documentation.

Document Control transactions in change control management system.

Coordinate the retention of the records

Coordinate calibration activities

Support lean activities.

Faciliate Investigations (complaints, failure, etc.)

Track and Trend Quality System Data

Coordinate Internal and Customer Audits

Coordinate Supplier Quality and Customer Assessments

Batch Record Release

Report into Management Review.

Support risk assessment as needed

1 year experience preferred with degree in Quality in a regulated industry (i.e. FDA/ISO 13485) or 3 year experience in Quality in a regulated industry (i.e. FDA/ISO 13485) with no degree.

1 year experience preferred in a regulated industry (i.e. FDA/ISO 13485)

Associate’s degree in related technical field (i.e. Engineering, Chemistry, Biology) preferred.

Technical Excellence 

Execution / Accountability -  Provides clear and accurate data regarding product and process measurables.

Ability to interpret mechanical drawings

Capable of using standard Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Excel, Word, etc).
