Mosaic Recruitment are looking for a part time billings administrator to join an established organisation based just outside of Ware.

This role is 5 days per week working either 9am – 1pm or 10am – 2pm

The role involves:

• Processing Sales Agreements
• Emailing invoices and sales agreements
• Communicating with our clients
• Credit control
• Work with our customers on the phone and email to build a strong relationship and deliver excellent customer service
• Excellent administration and numeracy skills

The successful candidate will be:

• Accurate in numbers
• Familiar with excel

This is an OFFICE BASED role and due to the location you will need to have your own transportation.
