We are seeking an experienced and confident Administrator for a cracking business in the Harlow.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a similar role and not be phased by dealing with the Production & Manufacturing side of the business.

Key duties of the Role:

• Goods-In: Booking in incoming goods onto ERP system, checking off accompanying certificates and printing stock labels

• Transport: Planning transport loads for company lorries. Arranging carriers for smaller shipments and Northern Ireland.

• Dispatch: Producing delivery notes, certificates and manifests.

• Scanning: All POD’s, job sheets, transport paperwork into ERP system

• General support to the production manager and GM.
