We are looking for a talented Marketing and Campaigns Manager for a local organisation. The role will be both office and home based.
Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager and having responsibility for a Marketing Executive you will look to develop and implement a marketing and campaign plan that delivers on growing revenue, driving brand awareness and supports all teams across the business in achieving their objectives.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Create, execute and manage the digital marketing & campaign programme and plan against defined business objectives
- Develop concepts and programmes/approaches for all assigned projects ensuring that there is a clear and detailed plan to take from conception through to delivery
- Work closely with key areas of the business to deliver marketing-driven campaigns to achieve sales growth objectives including growing our international reach
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to manage and oversee campaigns and promotional activity
- Ensure the marketing campaign plan is delivered to budget, set clear objectives and monitor results
- Identify and manage external suppliers: e.g., print, design, video and mailing house facilities
- Provide direction, role clarity, coaching and support to ensure team members can deliver against objectives
- Set clear individual and team objectives
- Undertake all performance management duties, taking positive action with any under-performance
- Adhere to required performance reporting requirements as directed by the business.
- Ensure appropriate data analysis tools and processes are in place to deliver reporting requirements
- Contribute to the improvement of data collection, quality, management and usage
- Interrogate data to identify trends, opportunities and improvements to marketing initiatives
- Report on campaign progress including ROI
Person Specification
- Minimum 5 years hands on experience in a similar marketing role
- Proven team management experience and development of staff
- Proven track record of delivering on marketing strategies and tactile plans
- Experience in creating briefs for internal and external agencies/clients and managing projects
- Proven experience in all aspects of direct and digital marketing including but not limited to SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, PPC, and Community Management
- Ability to develop compelling messaging and value propositions to support different audiences
- A strong understanding of the role of data, segmentation and planning within a marketing department
- Proficient copywriter with an eye for exceptional design and creative delivery
- Experienced understanding of print and mail house delivery
- Strong understanding of the relationship between sales and marketing
- Budget experience and financial/commercial awareness
- Excellent relationship management experience (internal & external)
