We are looking for a competent Administrator with excellent attention to detail and communication skills to cover a maternity leave on a 12-month FTC.
The role will be working 15 hours per week, and this could be a mixture of working from the office and from home, although for the purposes of training this will need to be done from the office.
The purpose of the role will be to process Apprenticeship certification claims, including verifying evidence, quality assurance and the printing and dispatch of certificates. Provide administrative and general support to the Assessment services team and Frameworks and Qualifications Developer.
Duties will include:
- Process Apprenticeship certification claims within the specified approval period.
- Verify evidence received with claims to ensure that the requirements of Apprenticeships are met, taking account of certification requirement in all four nations of the UK.
- Checks content of documentation meets the requirements of company and regulatory bodies
- Monitor compliance with the issuing Authority in relation to product documentation and report any areas on non-compliance and carry out corrective action.
- Respond accurately and in a timely manner to any queries, both written and verbally.
- Be the first point of contact for all queries and provide first class customer service
- Provide administration support as required by the Manager and team.
- Adhere to required performance reporting as directed by the business
- Record and report departmental deliverables on a monthly basis
- Process invoices and payments
- General administration support to Framework and Qualifications Developer and End Point Assessment teams.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
- Previous administrative and customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational, administrative and coordination skills with first class attention to detail
- Good standard of IT literacy
