Description

A growing business based in Harlow is looking for a dynamic Team Leader/Manager to join their business. 

 

This is a 12 month maternity contract but they are confident there will be a permanent role for the right person. 

 

To manage, develop, guide and coach to ensure they are proactive, positive, versatile and adaptable to quickly changing needs of the business. 

 

This will also include:

 

-                                Excellent communication skills

-                                Maintaining an open and honest channel of communication with all department managers

-                                Ensure effective and consistent communication throughout the team, keeping things simple

-                                Ensure SLA’s are continually reviewed and met with optimum levels of quality and service delivery

-                                Ensure appropriate reporting on SLA and staff maintaining consistency and relevance

-                                Ensuring the company complies with all regulatory and legal requirements

-                                Ensure tickets and queries are adjudicated in accordance with coverage and Underwriter’s expectations

-                                Ensuring staff have the appropriate knowledge and training to assist with all types of queries

-                                Ensure the companies processes and procedures are followed and adhered too

-                                121s are completed within the company guidelines including any absence and performance issues

-                                Dealing with referrals and escalations from the Team

-                                Ensure effective communication with other department heads and the sales force
