Estates Helpdesk Coordinator

37.5 hour week - Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 4:30pm - flexible

£26,000 per annum 

We are seeking an experienced and confident Helpdesk Coordinator for our client who are based just outside Hertford.

The successful candidate will have previously worked in a busy helpdesk environment, helping to coordinate and schedule various contractors, whilst proving a great service to all stakeholders.

Key duties of the role include:

• Provide a professional and proactive helpdesk that acts as a single point of contact for customers.
• Manage the helpdesk ticketing system.
• Take ownership of all assigned requests.
• Provide accurate reporting.
• Management of the Contractor database.
