The workshop Coordinator role is key to providing a bridge between the office and workshop, with a great mix of Administration and Customer Service duties, along with coordinating with the workshop to ensure client expectations are met.
The main parts of this role are:
Complete administration tasks using Microsoft Excel (Basic) and the company CRM system.
Provide great Customer Service to clients.
Liaise with the internal team to ensure all works are on track
Hands on approach to helping dictate schedules and provide progress reports
