Mosaic Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic Finance Assistant to join a small team in Harlow.

In this role you will be predominantly dealing with Purchase Ledger but will also be happy to lend a hand to other office duties when necessary.

• Daily input and matching of invoices
• Weekly review of ledger
• Weekly review of credit balances
• Statement Reconciliation
• Weekly KPI report on PL
• General PL processing alongside rest of accounts team
• Basic Period End Processing
• Preparation of prepayments
• Ad hoc reports and general support for IT Manager
• Weekly sales report production
• Accounting for internet sales
• Other Ad hoc SL duties including customer setup and price checking
• Journal posting
• Cover and help for reception/SL as required.

We are open to the level of experience you have for this position, but you must have a basic understanding of the finance function of a business.

This is a full time office based role.
