My client are a well-established and growing organisation within the HVAC industry, providing first class planned and reactive maintenance services across Greater London and the Home Counties area. We are looking for an experienced coordinator to schedule our team of 21 engineers on planned and reactive maintenance calls.
Primarily working on our commercial portfolio in the private residential sector, arranging service periods, booking appointments, liaising with clients, maintaining maintenance reports and records.

The role:
- Salary: up to £24,000 depending on experience
- Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)
- Contract: Full time, Permanent
- Reporting to: General Manager
The Requirements:
- Previous office experience working for service provider in customer facing role
- Previous experience within building services company, busy reactive helpdesk and coordinating an engineering workforce.
- Reliable, excellent time keeping
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to multi task in high pressured environment
- Excellent organisational skills, Good general IT skills (Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook)
- Excellent numeracy/literacy skills
- Knowledge of service software systems
