Mosaic Recruitment are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join a successful business on a full-time basis.
In this role you will deal with clients and suppliers and couriers, via email & phone therefore you will have proven admin experience, maybe some accounts experience, be competent with Microsoft packages and most importantly have an excellent eye for details.
You will also be comfortable working in a busy office environment with time deadlines, be a good communicator and team player.
Main Responsibilities
Ordering and maintaining licensing for our systems
Completing paperwork required and registration of services and ongoing management of invoicing and cancellations
Project administration, in conjunction with project managers
Meeting notes and office communications
Tracking job sheets and expenses
Booking hotels and travel arrangements
Booking and tracking deliveries
Preparing invoicing details for all projects
Reporting on project vs stock
Raising purchase orders for hardware
Receiving hardware and managing stock
Maintaining the stock holding
Tracking of hardware returns.
