Working with a well established firm in Bishop's Storford this is an excellent opportunity to join a busy team. 

You must have previous experience working as a legal secretary. 

You duties for this role will include.

• Supporting the fee earner with all secretarial duties.

• Speak to and update customers regarding their file and progress as and when required.

• Prepare legal documentation that has been passed onto you by the fee earner whether it be by dictation or on email. 

• You must be highly organised with the client files and all documentation

• Set up new files as requested by the Fee-earner and ensure that these files are kept tidy and regularly checked

• To be familiar with the procedures required for ALB

• Maintain the diary that is held by the fee earners

• Keep the fee earners updated for their meetings
