We are working with a globally recognised organisation who are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their offices in Hatfield.
Customer service & customer facing administration experience is essential in this position.
This is a well established and respcted company, who value their employees and offer great working conditions and the opportunity to progress.
You will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. The organisation have now introduced an agile working policy so there will be some flexibilty available.

Description of duties for the Sales Administrator:
• Accurate order processing on internal systems
• Effectively communicate directly with customers via phone and email
• Be efficient and proactive in investigating and resolving customer queries.
• Be the customers main point of contact for order, stock & delivery queries, ensuring these are resolved quickly & efficiently.
• Assist with resolving customer account queries.
• Adhere to all ISO procedures
• Pro-actively process and manage all reports including the sales backorder.
• Work closely with the internal / external sales teams, Pre-Sale and Credit Control
• Achieve KPIs set and strive to exceed these
• Look at ways to continue and build on our relationships with customers
• Understand and comply with all relevant company policies.

• SAP / CRM experience
• Excel and Word experience
• IT Literacy
• Educated to GCSE level or higher
