My client is a leading business in its market and distributes worldwide, it is looking for a German speaker to join their team, you don't have to have office experience but need to be fluent in written and spoken German.
You must be able to get to their offices with ease 2 days a week, up to 3 days can be home based.
Overtime shifts may be available also.
To answer inbound customer calls in English and German
To reply to inbound customer emails in English and German
To answer inbound live chat requests in English and German
To perform agreed administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Customer Service department
To respond to all customer enquiries within specified time frames
To go above and beyond for the customer wherever possible
To adhere to department and company policies, procedures and service level agreement
You must be well spoken, organised and commited to providing a high level of customer service.
