Our client is looking for an Administrator who will be responsible for the movement of goods from the warehouse to the clients premises. The key skills required in this role will be accuracy and attention to detail, communication, organisation and a professional telephone manner.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand and meet the level of support required by the Customer Care team.
- Support the business in the expectation of our delivery needs.
- Work with the relevant freight provider to ensure key KPI’s are met.
- Control transport costs and highlight areas for improvement in process.
- Work with all departments to ensure an efficient and effective process is maintained.
- Arrange transportation of goods from an agreed collection point to our customer delivery locations
- Provide a proactive and consistent level of delivery updates and progress on orders to the Customer Care team, highlighting any issues to them swiftly so that customers can be contacted and made aware of pending issues to determine a corrective measure as needed.
- Ensure cost of transport for each specific delivery are entered into our system to ensure costs attributed to each sale and delivery made.
- Work alongside the Logistics Team Leader to manage our freight provider’s costs.
- Work to procedures outlined for your specific job role, but also look for opportunities for improvement and efficiency within those processes.
- Carry out any other duties or responsibilities as identified by the Logistics Team Leader.
