You will be working in a busy customer administration department, undertaking the following duties.

• Take customer orders via phone, email and online system.
• Raise manual invoices and credits.
• Arrange shipments, process export paperwork
• Liaise with other departments to ensure customer requirements can be met. 
• Ensure managers are aware of issues regarding the order/shipping etc. 

If you have great system and customer service skills then this is the role for you.
