We are recruiting a Training Coordinator for our client who are based in Hatfield.

You will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. The company has introduced an agile working policy so there will be a combination of office based and home working, giving you flexibility.
The main purpose of this role will be setting up and supporting customers who wish to attend the training programmes. This is a process driven role so you will be required to have excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Skills required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service
- Team player
- Identifying critical tasks, taking ownership to resolve them
- Time management – multitasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- IT literate and competent use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint)
- Previous experience within a similar role
Key results areas:
- Arranging training sessions
- New users added to attend training programmes
- Collection of payments from customers
- Providing support to customers on days when live workshops are taking place
