We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join a friend dynamic and continually growing organisation, who really do look after their employees and offer a fun and vibrant working atmosphere where you will be welcomed and valued. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a 'Can do Attitude' they will also be detail orientated and demonstrate their committment to offering service excellence. Duties will include dealing with customer queries regarding faulty products and resolving customer warranty claims.

The Role – What you will be doing
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Monitor, log and resolve warranty claims, ensuring they are resolved within the agreed timescale.
- Monitor and log customer feedback.
- Collect and compile quality data.
- Participate in the continuous improvement program.
- Receive, log, and manage “Gold seal” products.
- Provide administration support to the return’s administration process.
