We are working with a globally recognised organisation who are currently recruiting for a HR and Recruitment Administrator to join their offices in Hatfield.
This role is a 12 month, fixed term contract
Joining this well-established and successful business, you will provide administrative support to the HR and recruitment functions.
You will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
- Responsible for providing an excellent service across a broad range of HR transactions, including recruitment administration (permanent and agency), offer and new starter administration, contract changes, flexible working administration, absence administration, leaver administration, optimum system and process set up, management reporting and HR KPIs.
- Support and deliver HR aspects of colleague onboarding.
- Ensure HR databases / HRIS / People Team Intranet pages / filing systems are accurate and up to date.
- Monthly reporting including Headcount reporting, HR Dashboard, Colleague Changes and Bradford Factor.
- Support the People Team on third party vendor creation and contract review.
- Responding in a timely manner to reference request for new starters, leavers, mortgages etc.
- To undertake any duties as agreed with the People Services Delivery Manager consistent with the scope of the job.
- Understand and comply with all relevant company policies.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
- Intermediate in using Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong accountability and ownership
- Has a team mind-set
- Educated to level 4, with high standards of verbal and numerical reasoning
- Minimum of two years' relevant experience working in an HR team
- Able to demonstrate a good understanding of the employee life cycle and effective people processes
