We now have a Part Time position working 20 hours per week for a well established local organisation.
Working within the Administration and Customer Support Team the role will focus on supporting clients and coordinating all activities with the purposes of retaining existing clients through delivery of a very high standard of customer service.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Responsibilities include:
Maintenance of data quality and integrity on all systems
Processing of all certifications
Processing and distributing of all hub forms
Ad-hoc query handling via email, social media and phone
Provide administrative support to all teams across the department as required
New registrations and data validation
New welcome engagement
Retention activities
Contribute to team meetings
Essential knowledge, skills and experience:
Experience in delivering a high standard of customer service
Excellent attention to detail with data and copy and good proof reading skills
Good organisational skills and ability to multi-task
Good working knowledge of office practices, administration, customer service skills and techniques
