We have a new role available for our client who are based in Harlow.

They are seeking Technical Claims Advisors who will be taking inbound queries from customers regarding claims and dealing with accordingly. The successful candidate will need to have a proven background within the automotive sector, experience within these roles would be very beneficial.

This role will be based at their offices in Harlow and they have excellent measures in place to ensure the safety of their employees.

This role will involve:

• Guiding customers through the relevant claims process.
• Working with both our internal and external customers to resolve issues.
• Using your ability to balance diplomacy with assertiveness and to negotiate at all levels.
• Resolving claims across a variety of platforms, telephone, email and online.
• Understanding our various customers’ requirements and working with them to ensure they are dealt with in a positive and professional manner.
• Maintain company service levels.
• Provide professional and friendly service.

This role will give the ideal candidate the opportunity to utilise their skills and experience, in a warm office environment. You will be working Monday to Friday, only 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Essential Skills

• Computer literate.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-Motivated and proactive with a flexible approach within a growing business.

Desired Skills

· Technical qualifications such as City and Guilds, NVQ etc in a relevant subject.
