I have a great new opportunity available for our client who are based in Bishop’s Stortford.
Our client is an award-winning, successful, and well-established organisation who have great ties within the local community, supporting local charities and projects. They pride themselves on providing an excellent service and are experts in their field.
We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator who has a background within the sector, specifically within Investments and Pensions.
The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, be a team player and be IT literate. Good organisation is also a must, along with very good accuracy and attention to detail.
Key duties;
- Submitting new business applications for investments, pensions and protection cases to various produce providers via online platforms and manual processes
- Following up on submissions to resolve any issues that arise and ensure the applications are processed in a timely manner and fees paid promptly upon completion of the investment/transfer/cover.
- Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication.
- Collect and collate information and data about (and from) the client in accordance with the company policy and ensure all the required compliance documentation is present and correct.
- Record your client communications (whether that communication is written, oral or electronic) including client related communications with third parties. Client communications and client related communications require to be recorded on the client’s file in line with company policy.
- You may at times be required to assist and provide support with administrative functions, for example: income matching, collating and providing management information, obtaining information, quotes, illustrations and product details, preparing valuations and organising future planning meetings with the client on behalf of the Financial Adviser.
- You will commit to continuous personal development, keeping knowledge up to date.
