We have an exciting new opportunity that has become available for our prestigious client based in Hertford.
They are seeking a professional and experienced Personal Assistant to support a senior member of staff. The successful candidate will have a proven background in a similar role and be able to work in a demanding and fast paced role.
You will be resilient, adaptable and have exceptional organisation, communication, and attention to detail. This is a critical role for the most senior member of the organisation and standards are exceptionally high.
The hours are 7:30am – 3:30 pm Monday to Friday with the need of some flexibility and occasional extra ad-hoc hours on a Saturday/Evening.

Main duties of the role are wide ranging and include but are not limited to:
- Providing confidential and personal support.
- Managing and organising the diary and electronic appointments, controlling the daily schedule, and keeping to the planned schedule.
- Assisting the management of day-to-day work, providing appropriate administrative support.
- Responding to letters, emails, and phone calls.
- Drafting, typing, and dispatching correspondence.
- Maintaining discreet and professional relationships internally and externally.
- Liaising with relevant individuals and external organisations to arrange meetings, prepare agendas and draft minutes.
- Maintaining a comprehensive filing system, online and otherwise.
- Processing general and confidential documents appropriately.
- Managing procedures and paperwork.
- Minute taking as and when required.
- Providing a welcoming and professional approach to all visitors.
- Managing and organising travel arrangements.
- Collating, recording, and processing expenses.
- Collating and managing data to create and produce documents.
- Undertake responsibilities in respect of Data protection, including the appropriate use of computer IDs and passwords, in relation to the role.
