We are looking for a confident, assertive, and experienced HR Administration Manager with a solid generalist background. You will be organised, efficient, and is used to working in a fast paced, demanding role. Multitasking is essential, as well as the ability to prioritise your workload effectively.
You will be a competent leader, with the ability to oversee the effective running of the HR department, managing the operational duties and all transactional elements of the role.
The successful candidate will also need to have excellent accuracy and attention to detail as this role will require a significant amount of administration to be completed to a high standard.
This is a full time, permanent role (37.5 hours per week) office based, and there is flexibility needed as there would occasionally be additional hours required (the additional hours can be done from home).

Responsibilities of the HR Administration Manager:
- Oversee, lead, and motivate the team in the delivery of the entire employee lifecycle, particularly the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the timely selection and turnaround of new starters to maintain a full complement of staff, inline with budget and authorisation.
- Develop a skilled and focused team to deliver effective HR services, whilst maintaining a strong customer focus.
- Support the accurate collation of information for the monthly payroll and support the Payroll Team with annual tasks.
- Be accountable for the timely and accurate delivery of administrative and transactional services for all activities and the team’s deliverables.
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through HR expertise and leveraging technology.
- Ensure that all processes are efficient to mitigate HR risk and compliance issues.
- Issue all employment related documents including job offers, contractually documents and agreements relating to benefits.
- Provide updated and feedback on a regular basis to the team and management, identify opportunities for improvements to processes.
- Monitor and evaluate current performance levels within the team, with a view to identifying ways to improve.
- Take responsibility for completing own performance reviews in line with defined timescales and provide upward feedback.
- Coach and develop individual members of the ream to ensure they reach their maximum report on HR metrics such as headcount, turnover and absence.
- Monitor current processes and practices and work with the HR Manager and HR Director to facilitate any necessary changes to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
- Ensure that the HR team have an up to date and working knowledge of Data Protection regulations, operating to best practice standards.
- Use effective communication and processes so that all staff are informed and consulted with as appropriate regarding changes and requirements.
- Respect the confidential and sensitive nature of employee issues that arise.
- Ensure that the HR knowledge and learnings are shared and developed within the wider HR Team.
- Support HR management to implement in a fair and sensitive manner, any legal changes required.
- Under the guidance of HR management, manage the disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring informal and formal processes are applied fairly, consistently, and effectively.
