Do you have purchasing, invoicing or shipping experience? 

My client is looking for someone to work 25 hours a week across 5 days, the hours can be flexible but 5 days is essential. 

There is free on-site parking. 

• Administrative support for purchasing team
• Inputting system delivery dates
• Chasing overseas orders
• Raising letters or credit
• Investigating and resolving invoice queries
• Managing and coordinating deliveries

The ideal candidate will have:

• Purchasing administrative experience
• Shipping experience 
• High degree of attention to detail
• Effective Team-worker
• Excellent Communicator
• Good computing skills including Excel, Word and Outlook

25 Days Holiday a year plus bank (pro rata)
