I have a fantastic opportunity for my client who are based in Bishop’s Stortford.

They are seeking a confident and capable Sales Support Administrator who can effectively manage the administration process and liaise with clients in a professional manner.
You will need to have excellent customer service and telephone manner, be able to deal with queries quickly and efficiently along with good administration, accuracy and attention to detail.
This is a full-time role with working hours of 8.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities of the Sales Support Administrator;
• Maintaining & growing existing client relationships
• Assist clients through email, phone and online presentations
• Provide system & document training for clients
• Alongside external account manager provide monthly forecasts
• Request new business from existing client base
• Assist in updating monthly management reports
• Assist in producing training guidelines for the business
• Take the overflow of calls and emails into the support team
• Support individual sales support team members with their monthly forecasting
• Keep company system up to date (CRM)
• Cover individual areas should a member of the team be absent through annual leave or sickness
