We are working with a globally recognised organisation who are currently recruiting for a Logistics Administrator to join their offices in Milton Keynes.
Joining this well-established company, you will provide administrative support to the company logistics operations. You will also liaise with customers and distributors and provide a high level of customer service.
You will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm. My client can offer you a very competitive salary which will be dependent on level of experience. You will be entitled to the following benefits:

Key duties of the Logistics Administrator;
- Administer the inbound and returns processes and deal with any queries promptly and accurately. Process carrier and warehouse claims; liaise with the workshop, Business Units, Finance and external bodies to resolve and close them off.
- Process stock write-off / adjustments; reconcile stock against all systems.
- Arrange and monitor high priority, time critical direct deliveries from factories to customers and monitor costs and performance.
- Produce daily/weekly/monthly KPI, cost and activity reports for all aspects of the operation.
- Create and submit reports to HMRC.
- Ensure Compliance and other requirements are adhered to and comply with all reporting and audit obligations.
- Understand and comply with all relevant company policies.
Previous Experience and Competencies required;
- SAP knowledge desirable.
- Proven administration experience is essential.
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- IT literate and competent user of Microsoft packages (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Personal attributes: self-motivated, disciplined, reliable, team player, driven, methodical, personable, resilient and resourceful.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent time management, multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines set.
