I have a fantastic opportunity for my client who are based in Bishop’s Stortford.
They are a progressive and forward-thinking company who would be able to offer you a welcoming and friendly working environment, with the opportunity to develop your skills and progress from within.
They are looking for a confident Account Manager who will be able to deal with existing clients, being the first point of contact and ensuring that you are delivering a high level of service, whilst gaining repeat business.
You will need to have excellent customer service and telephone manner, be able to deal with queries quickly and efficiently along with good administration, accuracy and attention to detail.
There is also a company bonus scheme for which you would be eligible for, upon completing the probation period.
This is a full-time role with working hours of 8.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities of the Account Manager;
- Maintaining & growing existing client relationships
- Help clients through email, phone and online presentations
- Provides System & Document Training for clients
- Helps to provide monthly forecasts for management
- Request new business Proposals from existing clients
- Keeps company system up to date (CRM)
- Provides information on client base
- Monitors and analyse clients’ performance to maximise opportunities
