We are working with our client in Bishop’s Stortford who have seen huge growth recently and are leaders in their industry. They are rapidly expanding and are now seeking talented Customer Service Clerks (working remotely) to provide a first-class service to their customers.
The successful candidates will have an excellent telephone manner, be able to use their own initiative, be proactive and self-motivated. You must also have the ability to work in a fast paced and demanding role where the customer is the priority.
Candidates will need access to a reliable internet connection and workspace as this role will be working remotely.

Full training will be given - experience is not necessary.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6 pm or 10am to 7pm, alternate Saturdays 9am to 2pm.
Your duties will involve offering existing clients a complete customer care package. You will deal mostly with incoming telephone enquiries covering a wide range of subjects in connection with the clients' insurance. These may include discussions about outstanding paperwork or payments, processing changes customers may wish to make to their policies, cancellation requests, renewing policies and also dealing with any general enquiries they may have.
Successful candidates will receive full training on the full range of products, how best to meet the customers' requirements and how to use the computer system.
