Description

We are delighted to be working on behalf of a fantastic organisation who are looking to recruit a Business Support Administrator to join their growing team. This is a temporary to permanent position and will involve remote working with occasional days in the office.

We are seeking a well-organised and flexible candidate who has previous administrative experience. The successful candidate will enjoy multi-tasking and working on a variety of projects simultaneously. They will also have excellent communication skills to enable them to liaise with stakeholders and partners at all levels. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide unfaltering support to various departments and ensure administration is completed to the highest standard
  • Be responsible for the day to day direction of functions and for the delivery of outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with internal Business Support Teams, to bring change and improvements to service delivery within finite resources
  • Take collective responsibility for ensuring excellent services are provided to customers
  • Participate in projects to achieve the most effective services possible on behalf of the company
  • Provide administrative support to the EA and HR Manager, contributing to the vision to deliver an ambitious, innovative and forward-thinking approach
  • Resolve issues and complaints from customers in a timely manner
  • Remain committed to providing excellent advice, support and service to customers
  • Produce contracts and obtain references on behalf of HR for new starters
  • Complete other adhoc duties as directed by Line Manager

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Demonstrable work experience within a similar role
  • Experience of working within a customer focussed role essential
  • Proficient in data entry and a confident user of Microsoft packages
  • Confident demeanour when dealing with stakeholders at all levels
  • A problem solver who remains flexible and able to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to attend meetings or events when required
