Description

This is a great opportunity for a Customer Service Executive to join a growing organisation who are a renowned household name. We are seeking a candidate who is a confident and effective communicator/negotiator and who is committed to exceeding expectations. The role will involve providing support, advice and assistance to our client base and ensuring that they receive an outstanding level of customer service.

                

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing an exceptional level of service to a range of clients
  • Dealing with incoming calls efficiently and effectively
  • Liaising with client’s by telephone and e mail                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
  • Investigating to Identify any additional opportunities to maximise business by upselling
  • Retention of client accounts by forging good relationships and building rapport and trust
  • Website design using Wordpress (Training provided, but must be a proficient user of IT)
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with our clients through open and interactive communication
  • Go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations
  • Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information by utilising the correct procedures, methods and tools
  • Adhering to communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Skills required:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to forge sustainable relationships
  • Confident and articulate and engaging telephone manner
  • Persuasive with strong negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections
  • Detail orientated with the ability to work accurately and in accordance with procedures
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Fast learner who picks up concepts and systems quickly
  • Enthusiastic and eager with the desire to succeed
  • Confident working on own initiative but also enjoys being an integral team player
  • Creative and resourceful
  • Experience using Microsoft and Google products (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
