Mosaic Recruitment are looking for a temporary Facilities Maintenance Officer to join our well established client based in Harlow.
You will be joining a friendly team where you will be supporting the Facilities department with day-to-day maintenance duties. These tasks will include practical duties such as setting up rooms, moving, dismantling and building office furniture, restocking copier machines/emptying recycling bins, escorting contractors through the building and other ad hoc and COVID-19 duties when required.
You will have basic IT skills; being able to monitor/respond to emails and update the facilities system and also provide reception cover on occasions.
You will work on a shift pattern between the hours of 7:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday to Friday with the likely hours to be 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. There will be occasional weekend work which will be overtime. This is holiday cover so need to be flexible on the hours to cover other staff.
This will be a temporary position for 1 month starting asap.
